MyAmbit Account is your Ambit Energy online account available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s your personal account management center, with all of the information you need to manage your account faster and easier than ever!
In addition to current online conveniences like paying your bill online, tracking your Travel Rewards points and renewing your service plan, you can:
- Review account balance information
- Store your credit card information so you don’t have to re-enter it every month
- Access copies of all correspondence we’ve sent to you (Example: In addition to your previous invoices, you’ll find copies of emails and letters in your “My Messages” section)
- Set up account alerts/reminders (Examples: Payment due, time to renew)
- Choose your language preference (English/Spanish) – for all communications you receive from Ambit Energy
- Enroll in Paperless Billing
